[STORYTELLING] Storytime with SAM: Sengkang Snoopers #3 The Riddle of the Coral Isle ft Kiran Shah

Join this fun and engaging storytelling session inspired by the book The Riddle of the Coral Isle written by Tan Tarn How, specially commissioned for Singapore Biennale 2022. Explore the world of Lee Su Lin, Su Yang, Bus and Zizi and their faithful parrot, Kuning, as they camp on Big Sister's Island and find themselves in the middle of an adventure involving mysterious boatmen and even a turtle! The storytelling session will be conducted by Kiran Shah. Participants will also get to do a short activity after. Each ticket covers 1 child accompanied by 1 adult, it also comes with 1 copy of The Riddle of the Coral Isle. The book will only be distributed to participants who attend the on-site session.

Performance Activation of Trace2 by Teow Yue Han

Location: Gallery 2, SAM at Tanjong Pagar Distripark
Free for all visitors.

Trace2, a new commission by Teow Yue Han, explores the lingering presence of TraceTogether and the layers of geofencing, bio-surveillance and new forms of life that might emerge, especially with those that arise from the gradual decommissioning of the contact tracing system. It transforms the museum into a site of transmission and symbiosis – inviting the audience to interact with Trace2 and generate new forms of collective intelligence.
